Tracking says the item is Pending Item is currently with Customs in the destination (china) since 25 March 2021. Who can I contact now? What can I do?

Hi TracyH26,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.

I sent a package of returns to China 9/9/21. It's been held in customs in Hefei A, China. I've been checking tracking & now saying pending declaration by recipient to customs 9/30/21. Tracking #LH150423897US. Could you help me out with this, as am not sure what to do. This was a return & is pending my refund due to me of $200. Please help.
