My item has been presented to import Customs for over two months ago. The only thing I get on update is “ Pending. This item is still being assessed by the destination customs authority. If any further information is required before release they will contact the recipient directly”
My tracking number is LO420676811GB.
I have contacted the person receiving the item, but they claim they have heard nothing. Can anyone help? Thank you

I have sent a parcel through UK Royal mail, tracking number RZ094046539GB. on your tracking system it shows that has been delivered to as below

after 9th November, no more details found. Please could you confirm where is my parcel now as this is signed delivery.
