I sent this parcel a month ago, it's the return of an unwanted item I purchased online. My tracking updates haven't changed since 3rd April, when it arrived at customs in China. All it says it it that my parcel is pending while it is being assessed.

My parcel LK247890605AU has been in Chinese customs since 7 August. Please assist in getting parcel released to the recipient.

Parcel CL044412827RU with some goods that I'm returning to the chinese seller is stuck at the chinese customs. They ask for bill and declaration, how do I get in contact with them ? Where should I send declaration for customs? Inside the package there's a original order details - all the stuff and prices of the goods returned.
