Somne of them are under customs check now. You'd better wait for more days to see. If it shows stuck at the customs, it should be waiting for the receiver to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Hello there,
I returned a package on June 14th and I have yet to get the notification that it’s been delivered. When I check my tracking number the status of my package says, “Held in Customs” the location where it’s being held at is Beijing EMS, China. I’m just scared because it’s been there for over a week now. Any help is appreciated, I’m just really worried.
