Two packages stuck since may 21

I have two packages and are in the same status for some reason it appears at “cainao” and the status: “Arrived at destination country/region sorting center
Carrier note: Received at HUB“

I have not received any information on my packages and both are stuck on shipping it has been over a month. My package stuck on “plane entered port” for 20 days (1 reply)

Packages LY882440175CN, LY890490182CN, LY892809955CN, LY909880363CN are all stuck in arived at port status. 3 of which been in the same status for 20 days.

Packages LY913118113CN and LY912004477CN are both stuck in retained at swaps bureau. Is there a huge delay with shipping currently? It seems a lot of packages are delayed for everyone.
