It has not been returned to the sender. I want to know when it will be returned and when I’ll get a refund since you did not fulfil the service. I tried to call you several times picking to English option (8) on008659138129145 but four times I was redirected to non English speaking agents that were unable to assist.
Hi guys. How are you doing? Hope everybody safe. Im from Brazil, and my purchasing agent sent me an package with the label written in chinese. Then the customs agents informed me that the package would be returned to the sender, as the label must be written in Spanish, English or Portuguese.
But am I not able to track? =(((( I don't know where my package is, I don't know how long it will take. this is very worrying and frustrating! I'm afraid of losing my package. This package is so important to me, and have so much money involved.
