Hi,
Could you please help clarify, why the document with this following tracking number EE211682186ID has not been delivered to Peking HSBC Business School (Na Mao). When I checked through china postal tracking, the last delivery status is on March 10th, 2021 :
"Not properly cast, notes (not contacted the recipient, arrangements for re-delivery)"
Can you please explain what does this mean and how to make sure the document will be delivered as soon as possible?

Hi Calvin,

The receiver in China couldn't be get connected. You need to let the receiver call China Post service number 11183 or the delivery man's phone 13723483202 to get it as soon as possible. Or, it will be returned back.
