Urgent LA011263396HK being lost

Hello
I am contacting in regards to my parcel that was shipped on the 13/01/2026 from Hong Kong. However, it got stopped in Chinese customs from the 19/01/2026. It has not been any update for over a week. I am concerned that my parcel will get lost or return to the sender. I have already paid for the customs fee with Hong Kong post so I am unsure why it gets stuck there. Could you please contact me asap to resolve this? I am sending a clothes back for a return and I can’t wait for longer.

Hi Sandra,

You need to let the receiver in mainland China to call the customs number 12360 to check what he needs to do to get it.

Hello,
My company has sent some parcels from Hangzhou to Indore, India. However, they lost the receipt and I dont have the tracking id. So, how can I track my parcels? Is there any other way ?
There are almost 7-8 boxes and it has been 20-25 days already .Please help.
