USPS Priority express mail not arrived (EB120401924US)

Hi I would like to know why my extremely important document letter mail to China has not arrived in 14 days. It supposed to be a 4 days express priority mail. It can not be tracked. Could it be lost?

I have recently ordered a package and it says it was delivered but I did not receive anything. Tracking Number is: AS415426665CN
I have also checked with USPS to see what was going on, but when I gave them this tracking number none of their systems could identify it. Can someone please help me?

It hasn't arrived in China. You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. It should be delayed in the US for days.
