where do you make the order? If you couldn't receive a package within two months, that's not normal. It has been over 5 months since it's sent. According to the tracking information, it arrived in your country on March 14 and Saudi Post tried to deliver it to you on March 22 but there is no one to receive it. So it was returned back after that. The sender should have got it. you'd better contact the seller to get refund as soon as possible.

My packages have been stuck at air transport for over a month

It has left China on March 21 and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
