hello.
its been 8 months I posted my parcel from Beijing International Airport's China Post at 19 February 2020... till now i havent received it. frim 1st march the tracking shows this...'Processing location: Aksu area, arriving at the central office of Aksu postal district (via transfer)' please help me.I am really worried

Hi sunniarose,

It should be sent by a cheap way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking information for it. It's not normal that it still hasn't arrived over eight months. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
