Hi,
Another 30 days past but my 27 packages which have been delivered to shanghai airline on 09/23 still not arrived to destination!! It has never happened before. All the packages which have been sent later have arrived already (all arrived after 5-10 days).
Why there is no phone number or email of shanghai airline available to get in touch ??!
Who will compensate me if my packages get lost ???

It usually takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Iran after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Would you please provide me a phone number or email of shanghai airline??? There must be a way to contact them!!!!
"Shanghai, Delivered by Airline" means China Post has given the parcel to airline company in Shanghai. It does mean the parcel has been on plane. It takes another 7-30 days to be checked and scanned then leave China.
