Hi could you tell me whats happening with my parcel LZ448223793CN, one mintute its saying its leaving overseas and then the next day its saying still in China, its been over 8weeks now, i just dont understand the updates, thanks

Where is my package? It is saying delivered but it has never showed up at my address I provided. Also I cannot contact the place I had ordered it from. Tracking number is aq216347589cn
