It's shipped by Guangzhou Red Cloud International Trade Co., Ltd. (红云邮贸). Tracking information shows the import customs keep it for inspection. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact Guangzhou Red Cloud International Trade Co., Ltd to check it for you in time.
