What happened with my parcel, my money!!

It has been pasted 38 days in transit, and i cant understand why. It's not possible, having this kind of problem. I don't have any info for my product, parcel RV966651559CN 17.7.2019. What happens, Really worst service, it's about my money!! My time!! I'll use all viral media messages to find out what happened!!

Hi Rokvit,

The seller used a cheap way to sent your item. So, it couldn't be tracked now. For this kind of package, it usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't get it within the promised time.

I have two parcel that doesn't move since a long.
One is RV432161155CN, I don't know if this is still in the way to my country (Chile) or something happened.
