I have request for my parcels to be return from custom back to Japan. May I know when will they be returning my parcels? As it have been nearly 2 months.
Below are the tracking numbers:

We have requested for the return of the parcel before the import stopped status and it is approved in the system. Do I still need to call China custom to enquire?

They are still stuck at the customs now. It you want them return back to Japan, you need to let the receiver in China help call China customs to require.
