Where does my parcel do if I'm not home for delivery?

I got a notification today that my parcel was out for delivery but u didn't receive anything and there was no postal card.

Hi Skye De Bona,

The courier may deliver it to your mailbox if you are not at home. Or, you can contact your local courier to require them to deliver at the date you are at home.

Says delivery was attempted twice yesterday but I was home all day so it was not. Maybe they were not at the right address. We work during the day so no one is home until after 3pm. I can work from home if I know the day they are coming to deliver it. Just let me know what day.
