My package being sent to a China address has been in transit for 2 months. What is happening to it? Can I have it returned or pushed on to the receiver please. RC814959386SG

Hi Emil,

It will be returned back to Singapore according to the tracking information. It's in transit in China now and will leave China once there is flight to Singapore.

The system says the item was delivered, but I did receive it!
I want to know where is the package. If it is in some warehouse location in NSW Sydney our local post to collect it.
