Hi there,

Can you please let me know where my delivery is at and what delivery company has it? Last I see is that it is in Amsterdam but that’s at least 4 days ago.

Last code I had for my delivery is: ZC00732176499

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
