How many days the seller promise you to receive it? It was delivered by airline on July 27 and usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Switzerland after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

you asked : "How many days the seller promise you to receive it?" the supplier is not the problem . He can't influence the quality of service delivered by China Post.
The letter was delivered to your postal office the 2020-07-15. The airline is part of the china postal service responsability being part of the logistical chain (of china post) . The responsability of china post does not stop when you deliver the letter to the airline ! it stops when it's delivered to the ( in my case ) the swiss custom.
20 to 40 days is inacceptable . Check out the comments online . I'm not the only one complaining about this . The chinese postal service is penalizing chinese companies!
Is china postal service not aware of the worldwide economic situation? Most of companies are struggling in this difficult time and are doing their best to maximize the quality of service in order to survive and China postal service needs 30-60 (!!) days to deliver a parcel to europe and uses excuses like : "it's not us it's the airline " . shameful !!

We could only help you check where the package is. The time of delivery depends on the way the seller sends it. If the seller use a slow way to send, it couldn't be reached in few days. You need to contact the seller to ask for the estimated delivery time. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact seller for refund. China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer. So if the parcel is lost or stuck for a long time, China Post will compensate the money to shipper not receiver.

The fact that you hide behind the statement :" China Post only has shipping contract with seller not buyer." shows me that I'm right ! this is the same as allowing only positive statement into your evaluation display.
