Where is my package - EV990762949CN

Hi - It has been 18 days since my package EV990762949CN was dispatched, we were charged $58 for shipping and said it should be there in 7-10 days. It has been 18 days we are trying to find out where is the package and when when would it be delivered.
Can you please share where is the package right now?
