it was came to jeddah post office from china, but now it shows package is sealed, departed to Guangzhou EMS -D.
what is that means?

Hi zeeshan,

It's already in Saudi Arabia since Nov. 18. According to the tracking information, it's returned back now. Better contact Saudi Post to confirm.
