Where is my Parcel ? - CP544611574CN

I am very urgently waiting for my parcel which has been delivered since 11 march from China post to Australia post by Airline
The parcel tracking number is CP544611574CN
The deliver Airline number is SL361- ID7636 - GA714
The sender provides information that my parcel has already arrived at Sydney Airport on 22/03. But Australia post said the parcel is still in China
From the tracking website there is no any update information since 22 march which is more than 4 weeks.
Could you please do investigate as below:
- Did your company deliver my parcel ?
- Where is my parcel now ? Is it in Sydney Airport or still in China?
- When will my parcel be handed over to Australia post?
I would appreciate it if you could respond to my questions as early as possible. Thank you very much.
Regards,
Sonya

From the current tracking history, the parcel has most likely not yet been officially signed for or scanned into Australia Post's system.
Arrived in Australia, awaiting customs clearance or scanning:
The parcel may have already landed at Sydney Airport, or even entered a processing center, but due to high volumes or a damaged label, it hasn’t been scanned and updated yet. Sometimes, a new tracking record doesn’t appear until “customs clearance completed” or “arrived at processing center.”
Stuck in domestic queue or flight transfer in China:
Although the tracking shows “Aircraft arrived at port,” this may sometimes just be a data exchange event. The shipment itself could still be waiting for an available flight, or sitting at a transit hub (e.g., an airport in a third country).
Label / addressing issue:
If the address label on an international parcel is damaged, smudged, or becomes unreadable during transit, automated sorting machines cannot scan it. The parcel will be held aside for manual processing, and during this time, there may be no “arrived” scan visible in the tracking system.
Another reason is that it's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. So you couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
