Where is my parcel?

Hi there,
I made a purchase on the 10/3/2020 consisting of two items from the same seller. One item I had received weeks ago which had the tracking number LO897866101CN, however the other item is no where to be seen...?

Tracking number of the missing parcel is LO897866146CN

Could you please provide some insight to the whereabouts into my parcel?

Hi Nicholas,

It was delivered to air transport on March 23 and takes about 7-20 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Please, can you help me to determine, where is my parcel?
The trucking number of my parcel is EA249428016CN.

The last place where the parcel was registered is Istanbul 01.02.17, (it had to fly to Budapest).

Hi.
I have a parcel currently in your system and was looking for an update.
I ordered the parcel over 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within those 3 weeks.
The current status of my parcel is ‘Shipment leaves processing center ’ this was updated 8 days ago and I’ve had nothing at all since. The seller doesn’t seem to understand what I am asking him and as told me multiple different (clearly made up) locations for where my parcel is.
Could you please inform me of where exactly my parcel is and how long roughly until it arrives at my door.
