Where is my parcel

I have been waiting since 11 November 2016 for my parcel - the tracking number 71647545320 does not work and tells me "2016-11-18 21:55,"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported open, ' I have no idea what this means and it also lists the destination country as unknown!
I really need this parcel before going on our holiday.

71647545320 This kind of tracking number belongs to a packet sent through China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. As it's not registered, it couldn't be tracked especially when it's outside China. Also, to my experience, this kind if package usually takes over two months to reach the destination country and it's easy to be lost. If this is what you order online, you'd better open an dispute to where you buy to ask your money back if you couldn't receive it within 80 days.
"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported open means it waiting for the check in Guangzhou and ready for export.
