Where is the pick-up address in Melbourne

Hi, I just checked the tracking of my package. It appeared that my package is already arrived and is ready for self-collection but there is no information about the exact address where can I pick it up. Can you please provide me the address?

Hi Kiki,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address to pick up.
