Hi how come my packages is still in transit for 13-14 days already and I am very worried about my packages ? Is the package ship yet? The last scan is on September 2, 2020. When will I be getting my packages? Please check. My tracking number is: AS423611559CN and AS423611721CN

You need to contact the seller to get refund if you couldn't receive it in time. It's in transit in the US now.
