Why hasn’t the gift parcel I sent arrived yet?

Hi, I sent a birthday gift to one of my relatives from the UK to China on 10 September, and since 26 September, the tracking shows that it is at Wuhan Customs. It still hasn’t reached the recipient. Why is that?I sent it with Royal Mail.

It's waiting for your relative in China to pay tax now. He/she can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.
