Why haven't I got my parcel yet?

Tracking number AQ894949663CN, I can see that this parcel is in destination country for almost 20 days now but i haven't received it yet. When can I expect to get it?

Hi AS,

It hasn't been got by Royal Mail. You'd better wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update. If it's still stuck there, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
