Why haven’t my order been updated

Hi so my package was shipping out from china on September 18th and now it’s currently in Los Angeles and been stuck there for more then 14 days. Is there a reasoning for that ? When will my order be here ?

Hi Longnguyener,

It's delayed in Los Angeles due to the local reason. You need to reflect the problem to the seller. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation.
