why i haven't receive my parcel ?

i have paid on 19/3/2022 , the shipping is on the 21:2:2022 delivered on 28:3:2022 but i haven't receive my parcel at home, and it"s nearly 3 months...

If it has been delivered but you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
