Why is it always out for delivery?

The last 2 packages that I didn’t realize China post was involved in didn’t show up.
Now this one has been out for delivery for 4 days.
I assume they never get shipped in the first place. Pieces of shit.

The delivery is EMS ePacket.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
