Why is my package stuck at GUANGZHOU

My parcel has been stuck since the 19th. Parcel force said it's not left China yet. I was hoping to have it by the 25th.
Reference number is EV763801333CN

hi. I have shipped a lot of packages with EMS, but my newest seems to be doing something that has never happened and I cannot find anyboy on the internet who has the same.

The tracking number is EV994093839CN and it has been 'arriving at Guangzhou' since 6th of september. All of my other packages have passed this stage in less than 1 day, so I would like to know what is happening?

Just to be clear, I'm not asking when my package will arive, I'm just worried that it has not moved passed this stage in almost a month while it normally takes a few hours.
