Hi Annika Catterson,

It should be waiting for the seller to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him call China customs service number 12360 to check.

my DHL package is stuck in customs. The receiver is unwilling to contact customs and pay the possible fee to release the package. How can I contact customs and pay the fee, if required, so that the package can be finally shipped to the seller. It's a return from a order.

Received a email stating my package was stuck in customs waiting inspection. When I pulled it up it's saying accepted. Does that mean it's no longer stuck in customs and on the way to me?
