What's the tracking number? After it leaves China, it usually takes some days to have update showing it arrives in your country. You'd better wait for more days to see.

Hello,
I bought an item in Japan and send it to a warehouse in China, this is the tracking number:
RX067132330JP
After being in "Retention" for nearly 1 month, the current status says "Import Stopped" What does this mean? What can I do to request the delivery of the package? I don't know anyone in China and I can't contact China Post or Japan Post directly, because I live in Colombia. so I'd appreciate your support to solve this problem.
