Item with tracking number RP754269470CN had been returned again and again at Exchange station Beijing. Why so

Hi inder malhotra,

It couldn't pass the check and is stuck in Beijing now. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress as soon as possible to get refund.

The destination country is China but it says unknown. Secondly, what does status "Item returned from Customs (import)" mean? Returned back to Germany?
