I ordered an online shop called Ali Express
Order was over for a month.I have not yet delivered to you.I want to know why this is not possible .I paid the money.I want to know that I can get me delivered

Hi nisad,

Tracking information shows it left China on Arpil 18 and on the way to India since that day. It's not normal that you couldn't get it within a month. Better contact the seller to give you a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund as soon as possible.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
