It may didn't pass the customs check. Better contact China Post to ask the detailed reason. Their number is 11183 (then 8 to get English service).

Do you know what to do if my parcel keeps being rejected by customs? i cannot open a dispute until 9th July and it seems to be just going around in circles by getting resent to airlines and rejected again and again. It is trainers in the parcel and nothing else.
