I was wondering if you could give me some information about where my order is as I’m getting worried as it’s been nearly 2 weeks

Hi Chelsea,

It has left China and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-50 days to have update showing it arrives.

I am wondering about the tracking. I ordered from Vancouver in Canada and it was expected to delivery by April 13rd. It already passed 2 weeks, but I didn't receive it yet. I tried to track my order, it didn't mention after Mar 28. Therefore, I am wondering where my order is(if it already arrived in Vancouver) and when it can be delivered. If you could, please find my track.
