My tracking number is LZ971713199CN- my item was received damaged. It was provided by Royal Mail- They have said the item was damaged when received into the country from yourselves. Therefore I should contact you as it would class as damage by yourselves? How can I get a refund?

I ordered four jigsaw puzzles from Chen Long, 240 Huqingping Rd, Changhai 201100. At least that is the address on the broken packae. Received 4 puzzles, but they are all political - nothing like what I ordered which was four cat ones, (in the kitchen, Craft Shed & curious) - have forgotten the other one. Unfortunately I didn't pay thru PayPal but with a credit card. Any chance of getting my money back from these people?
