So who signed for my package when it was never even attempted to be delivered at my residence? Where are all of undelivered packages that people aren't ever getting? I keep getting told to contact this person and then they tell me, oh no you need to contact this other person.
Enough is enough. Who signed for my package? Where is proof of delivery? Where is proof of WHO delivered it? No. I want answers. Because Red Cloud told me to talk to THIS company about it. THE SHIPPING COMPANY TOLD ME TO CONTACT YOU TO OPEN A CASE SO DON'T GIVE ME YOUR GENERIC RESPONSE.

I had 2 packages I was supposed to receive but didn't. It says it was delivered and signed but I never received it and especially signed for it. I contacted customer service from where I ordered. But she keeps saying it was successfully delivered. I explained the situation to that person, but all she tells me is to contact my local post office.. please help figure out who signed it and where it was delivered to..
