Packages Not Delivered

I have two packages that claim to be delivered and signed for, but both have not been received and I didn't sign for them. Where are they? Who signed for them? AQ016423554CN and AQ016423421CN.

I checked with Canada Post, they have no reference to the tracking numbers in their system. I was told that if they received it and tracking and signing services had been paid for, the China Post tracking number would be linked to their tracking number, but since it is not in their system, it wasn't delivered by them. Therefore, since China Post is not allowed to operate within Canada my packages were transferred to a different company (not Canada Post), and you have the information to tell me who you gave it to, so I can contact them and find out where the hell my packages are.

If you don't get them, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Canada. Then, use the number to check with Canada Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
