I have a delivery confirmation for LS347045904CN and did not receive my package. I reached out to my local post office and they indicate a 6ounce package was delivered at my mailbox for this delivery confirmation. The item I ordered was a pool ladder with steps and could not have possibly been 6 ounces. It would have bee. Very large and heavy. I need to file a dispute for fraud with the company I ordered from but in order to complete the dispute I need a confirmation from China Post and see what kind of record you have on this shipment. Can you provide me with any documentation?

My package sent from Peking to Berlin via SF.Express. says "inbound failed" after it is out for delivery in Germany.
I would like to know what exactly does this mean, like shouldn't inbound failed means that the package is stuck at custom? Is it even possible that a package is inbound failed after it is out for delivery?
Also, I would like to have suggestions on what to do and who to contact next.
