ZA01829362201 the seller from China confirmed to me that they had tasked ChinaPost to deliver the item, tracking stated delivered but nothing arrived at my address. Seller confirmed with China Post the item was 'lost' in transit. As tracking states 'delivered' I cannot get a refund, can you check and confirm the delivery failed so I can gain a refund from the seller please
