11 days in LA

Tracking shows my package has been sitting in LA CA for 11 days now. I paid extra for 7 to 12 day shipping. What a joke. There is no excuse for such a delay. When will my package leave LA for Dallas?

If you paid more and it couldn't delivered in time, you need to contact the seller to ask for a compensation.
