Orders AS020289581CN and AS020287665CN both show as having been delivered on July 25th but were not received. They were kayaks ordered the same day but separately. It would be hard for anyone to miss seeing the delivery or to steal one. Please provide visual confirmation of delivery and/or what US company delivered the product.

Could you please advise me about the prices of sending 1 parcel of 30kg once a month? Parcel will contain cosmetics and liquids such hand creams, face masks, body scrubs from Zhengzhou City shipped to Leeds, United Kingdom. I will probably send up to 5 parcel in first 3 months then 5 parcels every 2 weeks. I will appreciate if you advise me about all the costs that I will have to pay and if you can disclose this costs separately.

Package sent separately at around the same time and all have been stuck since around 11/1 with a status of arrival in the destination country. Daisy, Do you think these packages are lost and I should give up on them? Strange that all of them have the same issue.
