Tracking says they were delivered mid July but that is not correct. I am housebound and have not received anything from BLACKTOZL. On July 11th, I received an email stating “Your order is on the way” but still have not received. Please Advise!!

Hi ordered a product from Ali express month a ago. I had not received it yet !. Whenever I track it , it shows EDI received since 10 October. Now it's 28 and I had not received it. It's tracking status is not changing.
