I have sent a package, tracking number: EW002176393IT, which has now been held in Chinese Custom because the receipt is missing.
I have contact the courier I have used to send the item, but they told me I have to contact Chinese Custom. I hope you can help me with this issue.

I have had a problem with a return from a store called MANIORE. The returned product is at customs in Ningbo and the contact phone number does not work. What can I do to attach the invoice for the product they are requesting?
