Attempted delivery

My tracking id is EV752285112CN it says attempted delivery but the parcel is still in China and I live in UK. Pls help I don't understand this

Hi Grant hansen,

It's still stuck in China now. Most of the packages sent by EMS are delayed due to coronavirus. There is few flight to UK which makes it delayed. You'd better wait for another 15-25 days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution.
