attemted delivery - did not properly cast

I ordered a package from China and used a Parcel forwarding service (ParcelFlow) to forward it to Germany.
Yesterday there was an attempted delivery at my UK adress but the delivery failed. I don't have any other information why that happened but the status now shows that my parcel is at the Belfast PDO (Delivery Office)
My tracking number: LX961494865CN
Will they try to redeliver the parcel on monday or do I have to contact them (RoyalMail) first?
What I did until now is I contacted the support of ParcelFlow but I haven't received an answer yet.
Can you please give me an advice, thanks

I find the carrier is Parcelforce. You'd better contact them as soon as possible. Or they will return it back to China several days later.
