Hello,

I placed an order with The Blendie long back and they chose to deliver my shipment via China Post. However, I recently changed my address, and I would like to know where the shipment is currently headed. Can they hold the post at my nearest post office for me to pick it up?
If so, who do I contact in regards to this?

I have 180 emails asking where my delivery was 4 attempts but always blocked at customs! Serve & believe us has stated they they are part of your company even though they state they are a logistics firm who deliver everywhere! I also have emails from 17 track who say they’ve tried to deliver but always it doesn’t pass customs, 3 firms but nobody obviously doing a job! I’ve got a lovely smiling picture from a girl apparently doing her job! And Betty from 17 track has washed her hands of my problem. Hmm I wonder what’s being shipped out

Please check for me - what does 送交承运商 mean, exactly? Does it mean that the package was given to Koreapost? Is the package still in China? Or has it left China? Please help me.
